River Stone Processing Line

Introduction

River stones are mainly river red stones or materials, such as river gravels, boulders, cobbles, and river sands. After crushing, sand making and sieving, the natural river stones are processed into river stone sand, which is widely used in the engineering field of water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, highways, high-speed railways, bridges, airport runways, municipal works and high-rise buildings.

Process of River Stone Crushing

The processing of river stone is divided into three stages: coarse crushing of jaw crusher, medium crushing of cone crusher and sand making of vertical shaft impact crusher.

Large raw river stone will be fed into jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder.

After primary crushing, the material will be transferred to cone crusher for secondary crushing. Usually, we will equip the river stone crushing & screening plant with multi-deck vibrating screen. The vibrating screen sieves the crushed stones into different grades. The crushed stone that meet the demands will be transported to the stockpile, the others will be sent to cone crusher for recrushing.

The crushed river stone is sent to the sand making machine (VSI crusher) for further crushing and shaping. If you need clean river stones and sand, they can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.
