Case Overview: The customer is a construction company in Mali, having very high requirements on output and granularity of finished products. Engineers configured KE750-1 coarse mobile crushing plant and KH300-2 Medium fine mobile crushing and screening plant for customer. the large stones in the silo enter the PE750 × 1060 jaw crusher through the TSW1139 feeder for the first crushing, and then the belt sends the initially crushed stones into the HPT300C cone crusher for secondary crushing. The belt conveyor transports the crushed stones to the 3YZS2160 vibrating screen for screening. Stones with a particle size of 0-5mm, 5-15mm and 15-25mm after screening are transported by the belt conveyor as finished materials. Stones larger than 25mm directly enter the cone crusher for further crushing.

Case Overview: The entire project is operated by an intelligent control system. The material enters the KE860-1 coarse mobile crushing station from the loader and is crushed to below 180mm. The crushed materials are conveyed by the belt conveyor to two 4000×4000 transfer silos, and then are transported by the vibrating feeder and belt conveyor from below the silo to two KH300-2 medium fine mobile crushing and screening stations for secondary crushing to below 50mm. The crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen by two belt conveyors for screening to 0-5mm, 5-25mm and 25-50mm three kinds of materials. 0-5mm materials are sent to the pile by two belt conveyors, 5-25mm materials are conveyed by belt conveyor to KV9532-2 fine mobile crushing and screening station for reshaping and screening, the 25-50mm materials are crushed again by HPT300 multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher until they reach below 25mm.

Case Overview: We have equipped it with a mobile crushing production line with a coarse mobile crushing station KE600-1 (feeder TSW0936 + jaw crusher PE600 × 900) and a medium and fine mobile crushing and screening station KF1214-2 (impact crusher PF1214 + vibrating screen 4YZS1860).
