200TPH vertical mill for limestone desulfurization in power plant
Process Description
The process is mostly use limestone as absorbent, limestone powder is injected into the furnace by the strength 850 ~ 1150 ℃ temperature region, thermal decomposition of limestone, calcium oxide and carbon dioxide, calcium oxide and sulfur dioxide in the flue gas produced by the reaction of calcium sulfite. Since the reaction between the gas-solid by the impact of the mass transfer process, the reaction is slow, absorbent utilization is low. Activation in the tail reactor humidifier, humidifying water is sprayed into the mist, and unreacted calcium oxide in contact with calcium hydroxide and then reaction of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas. When the calcium to sulfur ratio is controlled between 2.0 to 2.5, the system desulfurization rate is of 65 to 80%. As water was added, the gas humidification temperature drop, the general control of the flue gas outlet temperature above the dew point temperature of 10 ~ 15 ℃, humidifying water as the heating temperature of the smoke is rapidly evaporated, unreacted absorbent, dry state with the reaction product was flue gas exhaust, and collected by the dust collector.
Production capacity at 20t/h VM series vertical mill grinding machine used in thermal power plants, final product size is 200mesh limestone powder, desulfurization process in the furnace injection desulfurization process, additional humidification section in rear of the boiler to improve the desulfurization efficiency.
